Complimentary Worldwide Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide — with no minimum spend required. We believe great style should reach you without hidden costs.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days.
  • Europe: 5–10 business days.
  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days.
  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days.

Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking with your local customs authority prior to ordering.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

  1. Check your tracking information using the link provided in your dispatch email.
  2. Allow an additional 2–3 business days, as occasional delays may occur during peak periods.
  3. If your order appears lost or has not moved in over 7 business days, contact us at contact@lumivex.co.uk and we will investigate promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Lumivex is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us at contact@lumivex.co.uk as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
